The program has been great for me in a couple of ways.  i have been able to lose 15 pounds while also feeling healthier.  Before we started the program I could finish playing 18 holes and had all kinds of aches and pains.   My legs would get tired after about 15 holes.   Now I play pain free and feel great when I finish playing.   Also my golf game is more consistent and I am hitting more quality shots per round.   I would recommend the program to anyone that wants to better their golf game while also getting healthier.
