"i've seen nothing but positive results.  i'm not nearly as tired after a tournament round.  my endurance and stamina have greatly improved.  being less physically tired means i am less mentally tired.  i've actually gained about 8 to 10 yards off my tee ball.  i believe the extra distance has come from gaining some strength as well as being more stable over the ball.  with my balance being so much better i am hitting many more solid shots."
