We offer Specialized Zen Pilates® Studio Small Group Programs.    Each Program has a Specialized Focus and incorporates use of a variety of equipment including Reformer, Cadillac, Balls, Slide Board, Bike, Stability Chair, Disc, Bosu, Boxing Bag, and more!
